Ms Roslyn Elizabeth McMullan of Limavady for services to Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Dentistry Profession in NI. Roslyn a retired consultant Orthodontist, Chair of NI Council of British Dental Association (BDA), also serving on Working Groups of NI Council of BBA and a past President of BDA. Her work for years with dentists in difficulty has been remarkable. Her voluntary service to the dental profession in NI and UK wide is immeasurable.

Prof Peter Raymond Flatt of Portstewart for services to Diabetes Research in NI. A world renowned researcher, his solutions and mitigations to diabetes and obesity are strategically important to the NHS
Mrs Ingrid Aileen Hannaway of Listress for services to the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme in NI. A much loved teacher of 40 years at Foyle, she also devoted decades as a volunteer to the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme and continues to do so.
Mr James Desmond Hill of Coleraine for services to the community in County Londonderry. Desmond was a long term Clerk to the County Londonderry Lieutenancy and also a volunteer worker for local charities, giving his time and service to cross border sport, men’s groups and to community musical and choral festivals.

Mrs Teresa Duncan of Magherafelt for services to the community in Magherafelt. Teresa, now retied as a nursing sister, still volunteers in her community including for Baby Basics and Christian Aid.
Mr William Norman Wilson Irwin of Coleraine for services to the community in Coleraine. A WW II veteran aged 106. A founder member of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, member of Probus, worker with Cadets and influencer for the Covid vaccine.
Mrs Heather Kelso of Kilrea Community Early Years Playgroup for services to Early Years Education. Working with 3-4 year olds Mrs Kelso was for years the leader of this Kilrea playgroup helping to deliver mighty results with small funding.
Dr John Bernard Keith Kerr of Garvagh for services to the Community in County Londonderry. For decades Dr John Kerr, now a retired GP, has been involved in regeneration projects for Garvagh and District and in the promotion of the Irish Harp and its players.
Ms Kathryn Mackenzie of Coleraine for services to Social Housing in Northern Ireland. An educationalist volunteer member of the Board of Management of the Triangle Housing Association for 29 years until 2023 and now a Non-Executive Finance Director.
Mr Marcus David Wallace Nutt of Killaloo for services to volunteering in Northern Ireland. An invaluable volunteer in our hospitals and an unsung hero – until now! His volunteering is so very needed
